Our Philosophy
We want you to be completely satisfied with DjangoCommand. If the Service doesn't meet your needs, we'll work with you to make it right.
Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial:
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan
- No payment is required to start
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged
- We aim to send a reminder email before your trial ends
We encourage you to thoroughly test the Service during your trial to ensure it meets your needs.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account dashboard under "Billing"
- Through our payment partner's customer portal (link provided in your purchase confirmation email)
- By emailing support@djangocommand.com
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through the customer portal, where you can:
- Update your payment method
- Download invoices and receipts
- View your billing history
- Cancel your subscription
Access the portal using the link in any invoice email, or contact support@djangocommand.com to request a direct link.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to the Service until that date
- No further charges will be made
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
Refund Eligibility
14-Day Refund Policy
For both monthly and yearly subscriptions, we offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your first charge. No questions asked.
Other Refund Situations
- Service issues: Pro-rated refund if we experience significant downtime or service issues that materially affect your use
- Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges
- Yearly subscriptions after 14 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Monthly subscriptions after the 14-day refund period
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Unused execution quotas or features
That said, we may make exceptions at our discretion. If you have a unique situation, please reach out—we're happy to listen.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@djangocommand.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will respond within 2 business days
Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed by our payment partner, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds will appear on your statement as coming from our payment partner.

EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive ("cooling-off period"). We honor this right in full—our 14-day refund policy above meets or exceeds this requirement.
Plan Downgrades
Instead of canceling, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You will retain access to your current plan features until then
- No refund is provided for downgrading mid-cycle
- Data exceeding the new plan's limits may be affected (e.g., log retention)
